Shipping Terms...
The minimum purchase from Liberty FireworksTM is one hundred and fifty dollars: ($150.00).
Ordered merchandise is sold and shipped with a guarantee to the
buyer that the same will be used strictly in accordance with the
laws of the state of destination. Please be aware of your State
Laws and follow them. You can find the guidelines in your state by clicking
**LEGAL TERMS** in the Liberties’ menu and clicking
on the state of delivery.
Shipping Charges: All prices are FOB Great Falls, Montana,
(which has no sales tax). Shipping costs are based on shipment weight
so the more an order weighs, the more the total freight charge will be.
Once an order has been entered, Liberty can provide an approximate
shipping cost. Liberty negotiates with different freight companies for
the lowest freight rates.
The U.S. Postal Service and the United Parcel Service (UPS) do not ship consumer fireworks.
If you are ordering fireworks for the 4th of July, we encourage you to
order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Once Liberty has turned over
the product to the shipper, the order is then the responsibility of the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time please e-mail us and we
will help track the shipment. All orders will have a tracking number.
ONCE YOUR FIREWORKS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED THEY CAN NEVER BE RETURNED!

NOTE- If the exterior of the boxes are visibly damaged, (water, rips, major
dents, etc.), Liberty recommends that you open the boxes with the delivery
driver present and have the driver take note and receipt to you of any damaged
fireworks. Please contact Liberty immediately and we will work with you to
resolve the issue with the carrier.
